Frequently Asked Questions

Is HomeSEA free?

Yes. HomeSEA's core features are free, including the multilingual Rights Navigator, help guides, and community. The AI Document Assistant comes with a free daily allowance, and premium plans offer a higher limit.

Which languages does HomeSEA support?

Right now we support Vietnamese, Indonesian, Filipino (Tagalog), Thai, English, and Chinese. You can switch languages anytime in Settings, and the AI Document Assistant replies in the language you choose.

Is my data safe?

We take every user's privacy seriously. All data is encrypted in transit, and your documents are used only to generate explanations and summaries for you. They are never shared with employers or brokers. You can delete your account and data anytime under "Account Security".

Is there an Android version of HomeSEA?

HomeSEA is being built for both iOS and Android. Follow our website and community for release updates, or leave your contact details on the download page and we'll let you know the moment it's available.

Can I treat the AI's answers as legal advice?

No. The AI Document Assistant's explanations are for understanding and reference only and do not constitute legal advice. Before important decisions such as filing a complaint or ending a contract, we recommend consulting the relevant authority (for example, the 1955 hotline) or a professional. The app also lists official help channels.

I'm with an NGO or service organization. How can we work with HomeSEA?

We offer multilingual content tools and an NGO workspace to help frontline services cut down on repeated inquiries. Reach out through the contact email on our website and let's talk about how to work together.

I'm a company or employer. How can HomeSEA help?

Our enterprise compliance solution provides anonymous feedback, risk monitoring, and human rights compliance reports, helping companies meet ESG and human rights due diligence requirements while reducing labor disputes and supply chain risk. Contact us to learn about enterprise solutions.

What should I do in an emergency?

If you're in danger or facing an emergency, call 110 (police) or 1955 (the labor consultation and complaint hotline, with multilingual service) right away. HomeSEA's help guides also list the official channels for each situation.
